If you have an OnBuy account and are having trouble at the ‘Password’ stage of your log in, don't worry. Once you've made sure that your email address has been entered correctly, you can either:
1. Reset your password, by clicking ‘Forgotten your password?’. We’ll then send you an email with a link to update your password.
2. If you’re short on time, click the ‘Email Me A Log In Link’ button, and we’ll send you an email with a link to log into your account. This will take you straight to your account dashboard, where you can reset your password at a time that suits you.
In both cases, the link will expire 30 minutes after sending, after which you’ll need to generate a new one. You can do this by clicking the ‘Resend Link’ button.
If either email doesn't arrive, it's worth checking your spam and junk folders. You could also add our email address (donotreply@onbuy.com) to your 'Safe Senders' list, via your email settings.
