If you’ve set a password for your OnBuy account and have forgotten it, you can reset it by selecting Forgotten your password? on the login page. Enter your registered email address and we’ll send you a link to reset it.
Important:
- If you created your account without setting a password, the reset option will not be available. You’ll need to log in securely using the sign-in link sent to your registered email address each time you access your account.
- Accounts created without a password cannot have one set later. The option to create or change a password is only available for accounts that had a password set during registration.
In both cases, the sign-in link will expire 30 minutes after being sent. If it expires before you use it, you can request a new one by clicking the ‘Resend Link’ button.
If you don’t receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder. You may also want to add donotreply@onbuy.com to your Safe Senders list in your email settings.
