If you’re having trouble logging in, the first thing to do is make sure you’re using the correct email address. If your email address hasn’t been recognised, or is showing as ‘Invalid’, it could be because:
1. You don’t have an OnBuy account.
2. You misspelled your email address.
3. You haven’t ordered with us before.
Simply head to our log in page, enter your email address and click the ‘Email Me A Log In Link’ button. We'll then send you an email with a link to access and manage your recent orders.
If you haven’t received this email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder. The link will expire 30 minutes after sending, after which you’ll need to generate a new one. You can do this by clicking the ‘Resend Link’ button.
