If you have recently placed an order and have not received your order confirmation, please check the following:
- Is your e-mail address spelled correctly
- Check your junk/spam folder.
- If you still haven't received it, contact your e-mail provider. OnBuy confirms the e-mail reached them, but it's up to the provider to deliver it to your inbox. The 'send from' address is donotreply@onbuy.com.
- Add this e-mail to your safe sender list. Instructions for Outlook can be found here.
