If you are an OnBuy customer and are having trouble logging in, there are a couple of ways to access your account.
If you set a password at checkout and have forgotten it, you can reset it here.
Alternatively, if you didn’t set a password or would prefer not to use one, you can log in by entering your checkout email address and clicking ‘Email me a sign-in link’. We’ll send a secure link to your inbox so you can access your account without needing a password.
The sign-in link will expire in 30 minutes, so if it’s not used within that time, you’ll need to request a new one.
If you haven’t received the email, please double-check the spelling of your email address and check your junk or spam folder. Also, ensure that donotreply@onbuy.com is on your Safe Senders list.
