You are able to action an account closure in your account. You can log in here.
Once you've logged in, you'll be able to click “Close account”. You'll then see a pop up asking you to confirm that you wish to close your account.
You won't be able to close your account if you’ve placed an order within the last 30 days.
You'll need to wait 30 days after your last order as once your account has been deleted, your order details will be removed and if there were any issues, neither ourselves nor the seller would be able to resolve them for you.
There's no need to close your account if it's no longer active, unless you wish to do so.
