You no longer need to register or create an account before placing an order on OnBuy. Instead, an account is automatically created for you during checkout using the email address you provide.
Once your order is placed, you’ll be able to:
- Track your order
- Contact the seller
- View your order history
- Check your CashBack balance,
- save your delivery details for future purchases
- Leave a review for your item through your OnBuy account.
If you didn’t set a password at checkout, you can still log in using your email address. Simply go to the log in page, enter your email and click ‘Email me a sign-in link’. We’ll send you a secure link to access your account and view your recent orders. The link will expire after 30 minutes but you can request a new one at any time.
