If there’s a problem with your order, please contact the seller first. Sellers are responsible for their products, shipping, delivery and returns, and they will usually be best placed to resolve the issue quickly.
How to contact the seller
- Log in to your OnBuy account.
- Select View orders.
- Find the order you need help with.
- Select Contact the Retailer and explain the issue.
Please give the seller up to 48 hours to respond.
