- Find your order
- Select 'Contact the Retailer'
- Choose your reason and write your message
If you didn’t set a password at checkout, simply log in using your checkout email and click ‘Email me a sign-in link’. We’ll send you an email with a secure link to access and manage your recent orders.
Retailers have 48 hours to get back to you. If they don't respond or if you're not happy with their reply, just click the 'Contact OnBuy' button next to your messages to get in touch with us.
