You can view all your recent orders through your OnBuy account or as a guest.
- For OnBuy account holders: Log in with your checkout email and password, then click ‘View Orders’.
- For guest checkouts: Visit our login page, enter the email you used during checkout, and click ‘Email Me A Log In Link.’ We’ll send you a link to manage your recent orders.
If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder. The link expires after 30 minutes, and you’ll need to click ‘Resend Link’ to get a new one.
Clicking the link in your email will take you to your recent orders. If you can’t find your order, try checking older purchases by clicking 'View Archive.' If it's still missing, consider these possibilities:
- The order wasn’t processed due to payment issues. For help, refer to 'Pending and failed payments.'
- Your order might be under a different email associated with a guest account. Follow the guest checkout instructions above.
- If you didn’t receive an order confirmation email, check all of your inboxes and spam folders.
