You can view your recent orders by logging into your OnBuy account.
- Head to the login page, enter the email address used at checkout, and click ‘Email Me A Sign-In Link’ to receive a link to manage your orders.
If you don’t receive the email, make sure to check your spam or junk folder. The link will expire after 30 minutes. If it does, click ‘Resend Link’ to request a new one.
The email link will take you to your recent orders. If you still can’t see your order, try checking your older purchases by clicking ‘View Archive.’ If the order is still missing, here are a few possible reasons:
- The payment may not have gone through. For help with this, see our guide on 'Pending and failed payments'.
- The order could be linked to a different email address.
- If you didn’t receive a confirmation email, check all inboxes and spam folders linked to any of your email addresses.
