View your recent orders via your OnBuy account.
- login page, enter your checkout email, and click ‘Email Me A Log In Link’ to receive a link for managing your orders.
If you don't receive the email shortly, check your spam folder. The link expires after 30 minutes; click ‘Resend Link’ for a new one.
The email link will direct you to your recent orders. If your order is missing, check older purchases by clicking 'View Archive.' If still unavailable, consider these reasons:
- The order may not have processed due to payment issues. For assistance, see 'Pending and failed payments.
- Your order might be linked to a different email.
- If you didn't receive a confirmation email, check all inboxes and spam folders.
