OnBuy is an online marketplace that connects customers with trusted sellers. We don’t sell or dispatch items ourselves. When you place an order, you’re buying directly from one of the many retailers who sell through our platform.
Each seller chooses their own couriers and delivery methods, so delivery options and timeframes may vary. You can see the delivery timeframe offered by a seller just below the price on the product page.
Due to regional availability and logistics, we’re unable to ship items between different regional versions of our website. This means we can’t ship an item from one country’s site to another if the product isn’t listed on the local version you’re browsing.
For example, if a product is available on our UK site but not on our Ireland site, we won’t be able to ship it from the UK to Ireland. Each of our regional websites manages its own inventory.
If more than one seller offers the same item, you’ll also be able to compare delivery times, prices, and reviews by scrolling down to the ‘Compare Sellers’ section on the product page.
