On rare occasions, Clearpay can collect duplicate payments or not connect with OnBuy. In this instance, an OnBuy order will not be created.
OnBuy monitor these and cancel duplicate or uncollected payment requests from Clearpay on a daily basis so if you've noted a duplicate payment, or an order that hasn't created properly, don't worry, your Clearpay payment will be cancelled promptly. There's no need to contact OnBuy or Clearpay.
If the order does not show in your OnBuy account, then you'll need to re-order the item.
We cannot manually cancel duplicate payments or uncollected payments.
