How do I return an item for a refund?
OnBuy is a marketplace, so returns and refunds are usually handled by the seller you bought from.
Step 1: Contact the seller
Log in to your OnBuy account
Go to My Orders
Find the order and select Contact the Retailer
Explain why you want to return the item and request return instructions
The seller will advise how to return the item and whether they’ll provide a return label.
Step 2: Send the item back
Follow the seller’s return instructions
Make sure the item is returned in the condition agreed
Keep proof of postage until the refund is completed
Step 3: Receive your refund
Once the seller receives the returned item and accepts the return, they should issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 Days. Refunds are typically completed to your payment method within 7 days, though this can vary depending on your bank.
If the seller doesn’t help
If the seller doesn’t respond, refuses the return, or doesn’t issue the refund after accepting the return, you can raise this with OnBuy Customer Support.
