If your order hasn’t arrived and the seller is not responding, here’s what you can do:
- Log into your OnBuy account and check the messages you’ve sent to the seller.
- Make sure you’ve contacted the seller directly through your account.
- Allow up to 48 hours for the seller to respond.
If the seller hasn’t responded after this time, or you feel the issue isn’t being resolved, please escalate this to the OnBuy Customer Care Team.
You can do this by clicking the ‘Contact OnBuy’ button. This will appear next to your messages with the seller.
